By choosing to complete your purchase on the website you are agreeing to the turnarounds stated below. If you do not wish to wait for your order, please do not order at this time as we will be unable to offer any refunds.

SHIPPING POLICY

How much does shipping cost?
Our shipping for UK is a flat rate of £4
International shipping is varied depending on the weight of the order placed.

 

When will my parcel arrive?

UK
All our orders are processed on a Monday, so we work on a 14-day turnaround time. All orders placed Monday – Sunday will be processed the following working day and we try our best to dispatch your items the following Monday.

Your parcel will arrive within 2-3 weeks after purchase. Please allow this full time to receive your item. We hand make each item and we reserve the right to change the turnaround time given at the time of purchase at any point.
International
The same turnaround time as the UK, but please allow 7 - 14 days from dispatch

 

Who do you use for courier?
We use Royal Mail for our courier. We have always found them quick and extremely reliable. You will receive a dispatch email and tracking number when we have completed your order. Then allow 3-5 working days, or 7-14 international for delivery through our courier. Please allow for holiday dates too, we always recommend ordering early if you need something by an exact date.

Where is my parcel?

If you still have not received your parcel after 3 weeks from purchase, then please contact us via our form on our website or through emailing us at info.tomby@gmail.com with your order number and we will look into this as soon as we can and try our best to rectify the situation.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Please always check your order before it is placed
Due to ALL tomby items being hand crafted by ourselves, we are unable to process any returns or refunds, unless the item is faulty. We do ask you make sure your order is 100% correct before you confirm your purchase.

 

What happens if I do place my order incorrectly?

As stated above, we cannot allow for any returns or refunds due to all items being custom made, however, If you think you have made a mistake please contact us immediately before we start the making of your item. If we have not started the process, then we will try our upmost best to correct your order. However, if we have started your order, unfortunately we cannot make any further changes.

 

If there are any issues with your order?
If there is a issue with your item you receive please ensure to contact us at info.tomby@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your item and we will do our best to help you with the issue.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Handmade

Please note that due to all orders being made by us in house we line everything up by eye and measurement tools, with this not every order will be completely identical. We try our upmost best to make them as perfect as possible but there will be extremely slight differences in some designs.
 

Care

Please read all care instructions on how to look after your tomby item. We provide them with all orders and we have outlined them the best we can, and as with all handmade items, please follow these to get the most out of your purchase.
